yyy9 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Guidelines

1 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and yyy9 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on yyy9.onl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

yyy9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use yyy9, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. yyy9 is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly allow players under 18 to register, and we may request proof of age at any time.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Not already have an active yyy9 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Not be using the platform on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of yyy9 or any of its service providers.

yyy9 may perform identity verification at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may require government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yyy9 login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

yyy9 staff will never ask for your password, PIN, or two-factor code through any channel — including live chat, email, social media, or phone. If anyone claiming to represent yyy9 requests this information, do not provide it and contact us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through live chat or by email. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

yyy9 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure, or from sharing your account access with another person.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on yyy9 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We do not charge currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, and mobile wallets where available.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit your balance immediately. The minimum deposit is PKR 200. yyy9 does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 20 minutes during standard processing hours. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed once identity verification is complete. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. We may request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

yyy9 reserves the right to hold or reverse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a bonus wagering requirement that has not been met.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

yyy9 offers bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, and event-specific promotions such as PSL cricket betting bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific terms stated on the promotion itself.

• All bonus offers have a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used or wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion may specify eligible games or markets. Wagering on excluded games or markets will not count toward the bonus requirement.
• Players may only claim each bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• yyy9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.

Bonus abuse: Any behaviour that yyy9 reasonably determines to be bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, coordinated play to exploit bonus terms, or wagering patterns designed to meet requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. This determination is made at yyy9's sole discretion.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on yyy9 covers cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), football, esports, and 27 additional sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports unless a specific sport or market has stated otherwise.

Bet placement: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet ID. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical issue should be reported to support immediately.

Odds changes: Pre-match odds may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet. If odds change significantly before confirmation, you will be shown the updated price and given the option to accept or decline.

Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned or reduced before the minimum number of overs for a result, most pre-match match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets on markets that have already been determined remain settled. Over-specific markets are settled based on completed overs.

Void bets: yyy9 may void a bet where there has been a manifest error in the stated odds, where the market was inadvertently left open after the event started, or where the result of the event is subsequently changed by the relevant governing body.

Stake limits: yyy9 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any market or account. These limits may vary by market, event, player history, and account tier.

7 Casino and Games Rules

The yyy9 casino, slots, and live casino sections are provided by third-party game suppliers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating from regulated studios. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section within each title.

yyy9 is not responsible for any malfunction of casino or slot software beyond what is within our reasonable control. Where a game malfunction affects the outcome of a bet, the affected round(s) may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from a verifiably malfunctioning game are not payable.

Jackpot prizes are awarded based on the rules of the specific jackpot game and are not subject to standard withdrawal limits. Large jackpot wins may be paid in instalments at yyy9's discretion, with the schedule communicated to the player within 48 hours of the win being verified.

8 Responsible Gaming

yyy9 encourages all players to approach gaming and betting as a form of entertainment with a pre-set budget — not as a way to make money or recover losses. We provide practical tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Once set, increases to a limit take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specific amount of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications.

9 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your yyy9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance that is not subject to pending withdrawal holds or active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

yyy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading personal information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment reversals
• Bonus abuse or multi-accounting
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward yyy9 staff
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe

Where an account is closed by yyy9 due to a breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. yyy9 will explain the reason for closure and, where possible, provide a route to appeal.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disputes

yyy9 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates correctly and securely at all times. However, the platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

yyy9's liability to any individual player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time of any dispute or technical failure. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or any consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

If you have a dispute regarding a settled bet, a payment, or any other platform transaction, you must contact support within 30 days of the transaction in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

yyy9 aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer, and you will be kept informed of progress.

11 Privacy and Data

yyy9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with verification obligations, and send promotional communications where you have given consent.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers and identity verification services is limited to what is necessary for those specific purposes.
